Dana and Keith Cutler recently presented a seminar (virtually) to the Illinois State Bar Association. The presentation – “Rooting Out Racial Bias” – explored the problems of implicit bias and microaggressions, and how to address and deal with them effectively.
Dana Cutler was recently awarded the Richard S. Arnold Distinguished Service Award and Lifetime Achievement by the Eighth Circuit Judicial Conference at an Awards Ceremony in Colorado Springs. The Award is bestowed upon those who have achieved professional excellence in their field, have been leaders in the legal community, and have served as a mentor or role model for less experienced lawyers.
Keith Cutler was elected and has taken office as Vice-President of the Kansas City Metropolitan Bar Association (KCMBA). KCMBA is the largest and oldest bar association in the Kansas City area. Founded in 1884, KCMBA utilizes its rich tradition as a platform to provide current, innovative and relevant service to its 5,000 members in its nine-county service territory in Missouri and Kansas
